Refund policy

At Velvony, we work hard to create high-quality, luxurious bedding, and we want you to enjoy everything about your Velvony experience. If you’re not satisfied, we want to make it right.

Items eligible for return must be:
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In their original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions about how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective item
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. We will make it right.

Wrong item delivered
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if what you received is not what you ordered. We will make it right.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
