Shipping policy

  • Free standard shipping and returns are available only within Canadian provinces (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon)
  • For US orders, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout
  • Please note that US customers are responsible for any taxes or duties applied by their local customs office
  • Currently, we ship with Canada Post and UPS for Canadian orders and with Canada Post and USPS for US orders. Shipping options will be provided at checkout
  • Delivery time varies based on location and customs (for US customers). Within Canada: 3-6 business days. Within the US: 4-9 business days. However, please note that these estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
